Annapolis Maryland Events
Annapolis, the capital of Maryland, is the most important place in the region to celebrate the Fourth of July. Whether you're in town or just want to get into the Christmas spirit, Annapolis is home to a number of major holiday events that begin through the end of the year.
From 8pm, there will be live music and dancing at Susan Campbell Park and City Dock. The second round of celebrations will include a variety of events, from fireworks to a concert at the Annapolis Convention Center, to a night of live music and dancing ending with midnight fireworks.
If you want to watch the fireworks from the water, you should know that boaters must avoid the fire that is set and maintained by the US Coast Guard. Fireworks will start at 6: 30 p.m. from City Dock and Susan Campbell Park, south of the Annapolis Convention Center.
The tour starts at 6: 30 p.m. at City Dock and Susan Campbell Park, south of the Annapolis Convention Center. If you are tired while on the road, the public library at Dock Street, Dock Street 1, is open from 6 am to 8 pm and from 7 am to 9 pm.
Participants are invited to park in the parking garage and take a shuttle provided by the city of Annapolis to the new location. The garage is located right on the parade route and you can leave the car park at the end of Dock Street, north of City Dock.
The best viewing areas are the road at the end of the park overlooking Spa Creek and the east side of City Dock. The labyrinth will be illuminated on Saturday and Sunday, 2 and 3 July, from 10.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Part of the sale at Santa's Cottage will go to John Hopkins Children's Hospital, and the Towne Centre will also donate toys. In addition to the online fundraiser, you can send checks, money orders or cash, but remember that checks issued to AFSP can be sent by mail and include an offline donation form. There will be live music, food trucks, live entertainment and a children's playground as well as a toy ride.
